The special menu she curated for us took into account my preferences and the group’s food allergies and dietary restrictions. She and her team transformed our airbnb kitchen table area into a lovely restaurant. Pictured is the seabass, lomo saltado, and chocolate cheesecake. We had Ella Silva do the catering for my son's 9th birthday. I wasn't prepared for the amount or how delicious the food was going to be. The were also able to accommodate our (Gluten Free, Nut) allergens. Starters were veggie boats, with different dips and breads. Second course was a grapefruit, carrot, tomato, salad and Pollo paella. 3rd course was Pollo skewers with potatoes. Dessert was a delicious custard with an almond stick. Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING was delicious. Next time we come, we will be reaching out to them. She was quick with her response, 30 minutes to be exact, and was excited for the challenge of various allergies! She and her team, Jordan and Nada, rose to the challenge.... and overcame! We had an appetizer of various Mediterranean sorts, followed by a citrus and vegetable salad, chicken paella due to pork restrictions, then chicken skewers and fingerling potatoes. Not only that, there was dessert! The whole team sang happy birthday to my little one! What a great way to bring in his new age! BOOK THIS TEAM! Even when I tried to help with things, because l'm used to helping, they would not lt me! They came in, took over the kitchen, and cleaned it before leaving. The total time: 3.5 hours! She delivered home-made food tailored according to our tastes and preferences. Since then, any time we visit or send friends we make sure Ela cooks, because the price is the same as any restaurant menu but the quality is higher. We booked Ela to private cater for our final dinner on our family vacation to celebrate our parents 45 wedding anniversary. It was a hit the perfect end to an amazing vacation. Without a doubt it was the best meal of our entire trip and her team just did an amazing job from start to finish. From arriving setting the table, the service and cleaning up.
